Civil Constructors, LLC takes great pride in its community and places a strong emphasis on supporting it as well. It is our commitment to give back to the community that fosters our business and families. Annually we contribute to several local charities and organizations both financially and thru service. Below are a few of those organizations:
Founded in 1994, Civil Constructors, Inc. grew to be one of the premier site grading and site utility contractors in Middle Tennessee. Since day one we have focused on establishing a company of simple integrity with straightforward values and an unwavering dedication to see our project commitments through with the client’s expectations always being a priority.
Based in Franklin, Tennessee, we have been a major player in the expansion and growth of Williamson County and the Metropolitan Nashville Area. We remain focused to service the needs of the middle Tennessee region in areas of clearing, site grading, excavation, and rock blasting with the expertise and capacity to also install underground utilities such as storm drain, sanitary sewer, domestic and fire water, gas, and electric/communication duct bank systems.
In addition, with our base and asphalt paving crews, we are able to self-perform the vast majority of site related items when it comes to commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects. Civil has had the fortune of being involved any many high-profile projects such as the Tennessee Titans football stadium, Schermerhorn Symphony Hall, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone and Nissan North American Headquarters, Opryland USA Flood Protection, numerous athletic and academic improvements on the campuses of Vanderbilt, Belmont and Lipscomb Universities, countless Tennessee Department of Transportation contracts, and many municipal streetscape, utility and road improvement projects.
In September of 2013, we were extremely fortunate to be provided the opportunity to join the Dunn family of companies that enabled us to continue to be a major contributor to the record setting construction economy of the area with the financial and dedicated support needed to continue our success and improve our business. Civil Constructors, LLC was a restart of an already successful company and, with the injection of the vast experience and knowledge afforded to it with the partnership with Dunn, the opportunities are many.
The fact that we self-perform all major site development operations allow us to insure a project is delivered on time and budget. Our highly qualified and experienced team of professionals use a hands on approach to make certain no detail is overlooked. This approach allows us to better control both quality and schedule during construction. It has also been a key element to our success in delivering many high profile projects here in middle Tennessee.
You will quickly see in working with Civil Constructors, LLC that our standard of using the latest technology and equipment in the industry starts at pre-bid and streams right into our field operations. Beginning with the estimating process we utilize the most cutting edge earthwork software allowing us to generate data that accurately represents the site conditions before and after construction. This also provides the client with realistic and economic pricing information for evaluation. Before we mobilize on site our team of experts can build a 3D model of the project based off of the original design. This model gives a true representation of what the finished product will look like. The model serves and even greater purpose when it is uploaded to our GPS enabled equipment, which creates an exponentially higher level of efficiency and accuracy. This translates into considerable time and financial savings for the client.
